​As a dot-connector Victoria brings value to her clients by seeing the big picture. As a trained coach she adds active, judgement-free listening to enable people to hear their own stories, helping them to clear a path to realising their potential.
In a business context Victoria blends a consulting and coaching approach to enable the business, leadership teams and boards to identify gaps, working with them as they create solid actionable plans to achieve their goals. With domain expertise in GTM - marketing, sales, content development and delivery - she has an intimate understanding of the importance of putting the client at the centre of everything. An ethos she deploys within her own business.
As a one-to-one coach, Victoria specialises in working with people who find themselves at points of change or transition. Having been through a number of periods of change and transition herself she is deeply familiar with the experiences of moving from an ending, through a messy middle and on to a new beginning. She knows first hand the power of a thinking partner to navigate these periods successfully. Victoria’s approach to coaching is rooted in the belief that everyone has the answers within themselves; they just need guidance to uncover them.
Victoria has 25 years of experience within financial services, working across marketing, sales and sales enablement. She has re-built and run global teams, reviewed and redefined processes for improved productivity and risk management and overseen significant increase in win rates.

At all points Victoria has put people and client's first as she believes that focusing on 'Who' is just as important as the 'What' and the 'Why'. It doesn't matter if you are looking internally at teams and productivity rates, or externally at clients and win rates - understanding the people is critical. Getting to the bottom of what really matters to your people and/or your clients is a game changer. Clarity is critical.

One notable example of Victoria’s impact was when she redefined the sales enablement process for a global team, resulting in a 30% increase in win rates. This success was not just about the numbers; it was about understanding the needs and motivations of the team members and clients involved. Victoria’s ability to connect with people and tailor her approach to their unique situations has been a hallmark of her career.

Navigating the complexities of financial services, led Victoria to realise the importance of understanding the people behind the processes. This realisation sparked her curiosity about what truly drives individuals, leading her to explore coaching as a way to help others discover their own motivations. Ultimately - this led to her setting up McLeod-Scott Consulting & Coaching in April 2024.
